New Zealand Orders

KingsKava offers Postage included bags, ParcelPost Tracked, Courier and Courier & Signature for Larger parcels across town, within island and Nationwide. We aim to dispatch all orders on the SAME DAY shipping for all orders that are received before 11:30 AM (GMT) Monday – Friday. Orders after our shipping hours and weekend will be shipped on the next working day.

Australia Orders

KingsKava offers Parcel Post and Express Post for parcels up to 5kg within Australia. We aim to dispatch all orders on the SAME DAY shipping for all orders that are received before 11:30 AM (GMT) Monday – Friday. Orders after our shipping hours and weekend will be shipped on the next working day. All orders are processed via KingsKava warehouse located in NSW and Brisbane.

International Orders

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS must be aware that Kings Kava have no control over foreign Government, Customs, or Postal System. Packages can take from few days to several weeks for the delivery, especially if you select the non-tracked Shipping option. We do not guarantee that you will NOT have to pay duties. It is a customers responsibility to find out what you might be responsible for before you order, including any taxes or duties. We cannot refund your order if your reason for not accepting it is because you had duties levied on your order, and ordering from our site constitutes your understanding and agreement to these terms. In case your order returns back to us undamaged and unopened, we can issue a refund ONLY for the products. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be deducted from the Total amount.

Please note that all International orders are subject to approval due to constant changes in Kava ban and all prices are in New Zealand dollars.
