- Delivery takes approximately between 2-5 days within New Zealand and 3-15 days internationally due to COVID-19.
- If an item is marked as “delivered” by NZ POST and the customer cannot find it, we do not offer money back.
Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original, unused, unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Consumable items cannot be returned if they are opened. Only the actual price paid for unopened items can be refunded, no shipping concessions are offered.
If the item is in original unopened condition, it will be eligible for exchange for another item of equal or lesser value or store credit.
Please note that the purchaser takes full responsibility of dealing with their respective country if item is declared illegal or seized by the custom. In such case the vendor (kings kava limited) has no obligation to refund any money to the purchaser.
All the refunds request for return exceptions will be processed to the card used at the time of purchasing the product at Kingskava website. Total refund amount will be estimated after deducting the original shipping cost. As the original shipping fees are non-refundable. In case you wish to exchange the product for something else we will be more than happy to cover the shipping charge completely.
